「Any equine fan has to stay at The Thoroughbred Hotel. It is beautiful inside and the rooms are fantastic. Everything is super clean, completely modern with an elegant style that is so appropriate for southern hospitality in horse country. The staff were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure the stay was enjoyable.」

「No lamps, only a flourscent light on the wall above the bed. No place to hang clothes, no coffee pot. Carpet very dirty and cob webs on every corner. Reserved a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was NOT a no smoking sign on our door like the room numbers higher then ours.」

「We ended up turning tail and leaving before our sty. The entire place looked manky and deserted; couldn't even locate an office. In the middle of nowhere; the advertised cafe was closed and for sale. We are two older ladies traveling alone and were afraid to stay there.」

「Great staff. The shower door leaked and the light blocking shade would only go up halfway making the room dark. 」

「There was a slight odor of marijuana all on the 2nd floor -which was a little disappointing-but we ran the fan continuously and that took care of it for the most part. Wonder why the pool couldn’t be open a little earlier in the morning? Breakfast was great! Quiet room! Beautiful setting, easy access from interstate.」

「Super friendly staff and a cozy clean room. The bathroom was huge and the ability to park right in front of the room is always a win for unpacking and repacking. We will definitely be staying at more RedRoof in the future if this is what we can expect!」

「The property is clean and well maintained- good value for the cost and well located close to I75. Staff is friendly and competent. The breakfast is the most basic I have found at budget hotels like these - nothing bad just very very basic (there was one fruit and a couple of juices besides toast, egg etc - and 24 hours coffee though)」
