"We were upgraded to a corner double queen suite. The staff is always wonderful. Very convenient walk to Manchester Music Hall next door. "

When my husband said "yes" the manager stated they know amd have a new frame but didnt get around to switching them out. Why would you allow this room to be rented out knowing the bed is beoken and then not telling us when we checked in"

The nightstand plug didn't work unless the light was on. I didn't find that out until this morning when my phone battery was at 20%. The bed was comfortable other than not having blankets."
