"I’ve always stayed at this Holiday Inn for all my trips to Lexington, KY. My only request is a bathtub. This time they messed up the room. The keys didn’t work. No other room available had a bathtub. I had to stay in a room I did not want and then switch over the next day to one available that they were unsure if a tub would be available or not.Its not convenient to pack up and move from room to room."

"Hotel is recently renovated and pretty modern and well kept. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Only reason I give it 4 stars is there was room was clean but not thorough as there was a used wash cloth with hair hanging on the shower rack that the maid must’ve missed. Beds were comfortable. Hallway floors needed a good vacuuming. Pool was a nice addition and a good size area for lounging! Overall it was a very good stay for a night."

"I love the amenities! Free breakfast, free parking, a gym, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and sauna! Why I did not give a 10 is the lack of updates. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is awesome, but not awesome is pairing it with carpet. The rooms and halls are all carpeting. While it did not smell, the thought grosses me out. The love seat in the room also had a ton of scratched I assume from cats over the years using the sofa arms as a scratch post."
