"From arrival to departure, our stay was very good. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was a staff member there to keep the dining area clean and the food stocked. A good stay!"

"The room was exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk, especially the guy who checked us in was very helpful and kind. We didn’t have the breakfast because we had to leave before breakfast started but we were made aware of the timeframe if we were able to eat. The parking was accessible and not too far of a walk if you had to park further away from the main door. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay again if we’re in the area and need a hotel!"

"The staff was amazing. One of our TVs didn’t work and the maintenance gentleman was so amazing. The you g lady at the front desk was sweet as well. I’m not sure what laundry soap they use but it does not smell good. In fact it stinks. A couple of our towels were not white and had hair in them. The sheets and blankets also smelled of whatever soap they use and its was not pleasant. The soap and shower gel also smell terrible. I have stayed and worse hotels with better scents. Breakfast was great. They should think about including turkey sausage and bacon as not everyone eats pork. This is my second stay here and I had the same experience. Thought the towels and bedding were a fluke the first time but nope, it’s how they roll. May need to try another hotel on my next trip to Lexington."

"I love the amenities! Free breakfast, free parking, a gym, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and sauna! Why I did not give a 10 is the lack of updates. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is awesome, but not awesome is pairing it with carpet. The rooms and halls are all carpeting. While it did not smell, the thought grosses me out. The love seat in the room also had a ton of scratched I assume from cats over the years using the sofa arms as a scratch post."
