"Unit in the room was very noisy, room was clean but had some dirt in bathroom, and something on the headboard on both sides. "

"The room had clean sheets and liens furniture needs updated. Fire alarm is hanging off the wall. Left over liquor body on top of the cabinet in bathroom. Door jam to room looked like it had been broken into in the past. "

"The young woman at the desk ignored me when i approached the desk, never said hello, never smiled, never looked at me. The next morning there was very little water coming out of the shower head- definitely not enough to wash my hair. What water there was in the shower was barely even warm. There were several dark stains on the carpet. The room ac/heating fan would not stay on to drown out the traffic noise from the highway right behind the hotel. Would not return to that hotel."

"My room was clean. The property was clean and new looking. I liked how the lobby is decorated and looks clean."

"Hotel and room was beautiful. Upscale without being snooty. Very clean. Check in staff were just okay. No water or anything offered. No ice on any floor and had to go down to bar for a glass of ice. Mini fridge is so packed w hotel beverages for purchase there is no room for your own. No iron/board in room. There is a hotel shuttle to downtown events. No one mentioned that but it passed as we were walking to our event. "

"We got a king room and pillows were the size of a toddlers bed? I could barely sleep due to lack of head space lol. Also upset that there was no potatoes for the breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was fine. "
