「The entire facility was in very good condition and it was clean. My room was clean, it did not smell like a stale ashtray, and had no signs of animal residue. I will be back!」

「This was a great spot to stay in a pinch. The staff was respectful and precise. The only thing I would suggest is an ice machine. Maybe streaming tv. Other than that it was a great experience. I still give them 5 stars!!!」

「Dennis was very helpful. I called stating we would be arriving very late (almost at midnight).. he made sure the outside lights were on for us which I appreciated. The cabin was clean, smelled good.. the only issue that I hope he fixes soon is that the washing machine is out of order. Other than that, all went great. 」

「Property was quiet and serene. Cabin was clean, organized, & comfortable. The kids enjoyed the ducks in the pond and friendly “neighborhood” dogs. Host was responsive when needed. 「Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost 」
