「The property was under renovation & smelled like it. The toilet had not been cleaned and had something brown on the inside. The tub was missing the body wash container. The TV channel pixelated. But the worst was the guests who checked in the room beside me and accross from me were together and were back and forth and loud and stomping around until 3 am!」

「Our room was clean, staff-particularly Stephanie at front desk-was incredibly welcoming and helpful. This was an unexpected stay due to a flat tire while traveling, but the quality and comfort of our room was just what we needed! Breakfast was very nice, only thing I wish they provided was a togo bag for traveling. Overall, great experience!」

「you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?」

「The room was excellent. The only issue was the breakfast. Limited choices and scant amounts. Other than that it was a great stay and I would rebook. Loved the checkin and checkout process. It was seamless.」

「Very pretty hotel, definitely seems to be newer. The room was nice, but had an almost damp feel to it...bed was comfy, or we were just so exhausted we crashed. Shower pressure is low but the shower itself is super nice! Don't get the rooms right near the elevators, you hear the hum of them moving. Overall, I'd stay again, just not close to the elevators.」

「What a wonderful experience! Amy was the best host ever. The setting is stunning with the rolling KY hills and Highland Cattle grazing around the cabin. It is a small rustic cabin, but so enjoyable! 」

「Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms.」

「I’ve stayed here before so know the hotel pretty well. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I can’t fault them or the site for, and even though it was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel it didn’t make much difference to our trip. The hotel still has the old name on the sign, which threw me for a moment, but the picture is the same. The rooms need a little bit of work but for what we needed it was good.」
