We stay at Comfort Inn & Suites often when traveling. We had trouble with our check-in so we were upgraded to a King suite which was well below expectations. The rooms need to be renovated and cleaned better. The staff here was very friendly and helpful.

It was a quiet and refreshing stay after our trip to Cumberland Falls. Enjoyed very comfortable beds and slept great! Bathroom was very clean and had special cabinets for clothes storage along with iron/ironing board. Design is very detail oriented with the guests in mind! Would not provide a room saying that there were no room available for a dog. Later, my friend called to ask how much a room was and that he had a dog. They quoted a price and started about a $25 pet fee. They were going to book it if he wanted it.
