Handicap room was on 4th floor I fire no elevator you need to be able to do four floors off steps. There were plenty of handrails if you could get into the tub but dudes of tub were high no rails on wall to get into tub

Nice place in a convienent location. Bathroom had issues, broken toliet seat and really needed a good sweeping. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. But overall, I would stay there again.

Very close to the highway, it is good if you need to spend the night without driving in the city. Clean room. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. We had to leave very early in the morning, so breakfast wasn't avaliable yet, but a gentleman kindly gave us a couple of donuts to go. Thank you

When we walked into the lobby, there were three men drinking alcohol around a table. One of them had no shirt on. The clerk was sitting with them. The men were swearing and laughing. The clerk got up and she was friendly so that was encouraging. But the three men left and gathered around some more men outside, around a car. They were still laughing and drinking. We didn't feel very good about leaving our car in that parking lot. The lobby stunk and it was filthy dirty. Our room stunk, and it was incredibly dirty. the toilet was lopsided sitting crooked. The floor was soft in many spots. our sheets were paper thin and they had burn marks in them from an iron. again the room stank it was old beat up dirty and horrible. Our room was two doors from the main lobby and we heard noise throughout the night. There is absolutely no reason for this hotel to still be standing. At the very least it should be condemned. I heard a man complaining to the lobby clerk and said that it took him 5 minutes to come down three floors in the elevator. She told him it was okay it was just slow. Again this place should be condemned. It has absolutely no business being on the Expedia list.

Clean room. Beds were good. Soundproofing was poor. Noisy street noise from windows. Blackout curtains insufficient. Breakfast sufficient but not great. Checkin difficult although I had pre-checked in online. Booked and payed with expedia but was charged to my card again.

We stayed here overnight on a long drive from FL to MI, so did not try the pool or anything - just needed a place to sleep! The front desk staff were very nice and the lobby was decorated for easter, which was cute. The hotel is definitely dated, which does not matter, just an observation. For the price we paid, I am more than okay with spending a night in the 1990’s! The only problem we had was despite most things being clean and orderly, a couple small things were concerning and may have warranted a call down to the front if we were spending more time there. The electrical outlet near the sink in our room looked like the last guest had almost caused quite the fire, and the air vent on the bathroom ceiling looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last renovation (pics attached). The desk in our room was also one gust of wind away from collapse, but whatever. Would definitely stay here again, but would not plan on plugging in my flat iron in the morning.

Was a regular guest here but will not be staying here again as this last time I had to cancel trip due to airline completely canceling, I even provided flight number proving cancellation and hotel still would not issue full refund. Ridiculous esp since I’ve been a regular here.
