the pictures look just like the place , it’s clean quiet and very nice. sometimes you get to the hotel and it’s nothing like you imagined or was shown in photos but the comfort inn suites is exactly as I thought!!

The smell of the entire place was dissatisfying which then put a bad vibe for my family, causing them to point everything out that was off.. the hall carpet was very dirty. Place is under some construction but the side doors of the building had no locks allowing anyone to enter. along with a bunch of ants crawling inside the building.. extension cords ran across the floor at 9pm with no workers around. Back parking was all that was left for us. Kids pointed out all the shopping carts with garbage in them. As for the room it was clearly just remodeled. 1 piece of tile was laying off the wall. All bathroom light switches were installed upside down. With my wife and kids on high alert they pointed out the stains on the sheets along with some long hairs!! Thank fully no bugs were spotted in our room or we might have been leaving! Breakfast was good.

Pool area was ok, needed to have more chlorine to keep it cleaner. The room floors were sticky and dirty. There wasnt any extra blankets in the rooms so my husband ended up having to walk down to the front desk after trying to call down twice. The breakfast was alright, although the drink machine was broken. The area outside was outdated and needed some TLC.

All the staff are extremely kind. Breakfast was good, but I think it would’ve been better served in the larger area, not in the makeshift room:( the bed was actually comfortable! Pool area was a little sad but I know they’re doing renovations!

Pool dirty and pool heater broken. Safety board for injuries at pool was an old wooden board with splinters. Some things were updated but other things old and dirty. Dead plants by the pool. Doors and elevator walls old and/or dirty. Hallway smelled horrible like old shrimp as if someone cooking in a room. Bathtub stained. Some things looked updated like the carpet in halls and lobby itself was nice.

All around a terrible experience Upon arrival the assistant manager checked us in and didn’t care to get off of a personal phone call while doing so We were here for an event so prices were high everywhere but we spent $190 a night for the room The A/C unit was extremely loud all night long and never got the room very cool, the tub for the shower wouldn’t drain, and the room needed a better cleaning job The next two days while we were at our event there was no “do not disturb” sign in our room, so the cleaning service came in. Both days the only thing that was done was the AC unit was turned completely off and the room was 85+ degrees when we returned. We have a 4 month old baby with us and this made it miserable as it took the unit at least 6 hours to cool the room back off When I went down to talk to the assistant manager about this, she again didn’t care to get off of her personal phone call and didn’t offer to do any action about it other than “I’ll try to figure out who it was” I would expect substantially more out of a 50 dollar hotel much less 200 a night, absolutely unacceptable

Room and bathroom were clean— both times I was at the desk (for check in and check out) I had to wait because they had “stepped away”. It was a bit inconvenient with my arms full of luggage. Breakfast was pretty solid, typical of a hotel breakfast, but breakfast staff was super friendly. Lastly, not sure if it was the location of my room, I was the last door on the hall, but multiple times in the early morning I heard doors slamming and loud noises in general— maybe because I was by the stairwell, but this did affect my sleep during the night.
