「Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone 」

「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」

「Had a good view of the ocean, the staff was vary friendly and polite, the property its self wasn't at all great mainly the bathroom and bedding and wall sockets, there where several holes in patches in the bathroom, and the carpets where coming up and barely held down with duct tape, the door to the bathroom was broken and we struggled to open and close it, shower pressure was also really weak. The bedding was fine beside all crazy amounts of holes in them and the wall sockets only 1 worked and...

「The rooms were very clean and staff continually dried the lobby floor allsay and night so nobody woukd trip from the wetness everyone was bringing in from the pool and beach. Staff welcomed us each time we entered the hotel and wished us fun on the beach when they noticed we were headed that way. The pull out bed in one of my rooms was broken and as soon as i let them know, they offered me another room. I did decline the offer cuz my 7 year old and 11 year old boys wanted to sleep on the...

「Room was great and very clean. Excellent location being so close to the marina and fishing. A few outside chairs would be nice as well as an equipment washdown area for waders etc. 5 stars!!!!」

We could let teens kids go to beach and we could still them. pool overlooking the beach. All the staff we meet were very nice and helpful. This was our first time there but we will come back」
