「This is a great beach hotel. It was fully booked when I arrived…lots of people in and out. Other than that, it was reasonable cost.」

「Expedia did not update cost of a pet. It is not 20 dollars as stated. It was 35 dollars. The hotel is in a good location for beach and restaurants (Snoopy’s and Docs are great). Room quiet and clean. Basic hotel. Breakfast okay. Will stay again for overnight convenience.」

「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」

「When it was time for bed and the comforter was removed, there was fresh sh*t smears on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund but said they don't provide those. When I asked for another room, he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for the premium room that was the only available that evening. SERIOUSLY?? Get your act together.」

「The hotel was clean but is in need of some updating. Staff was kind at check in and checkout. We didn't have time to try the breakfast but smelled yummy!」

「The property was clean and felt safe for a solo female traveller. While showing some wear and tear, it felt well worth the price.」

「Place is totally under staffed....we were triple charged for room deposit....dog hair in elevators...elevators didn't work....had my personal belongings stole out the back of my truck...horrible experience for the money we paid....stay clear」

「The hallway carpets smell like what you would expect from a dirty kid’s indoor playground. Stains all over them. Our bathroom had loose tiles and one had apparently been replaced at one point and they used way too much grout, so it was 1/3rd an inch higher then the rest and a foot in front of the toilet. So each night we both hurt our feet making our way to the restroom. The pool was also closed. The pictures are clearly from when the hotel first opened.」

「Einmal und nie wieder ! Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht. Das erste Zimmer roch nach altem Teppich, nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken und in der Wanne waren total verstopft. Dies meldete ich auch und es wurde auch sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten aber da wir schon alles ausgepackt hatten und es auch schon spät war, verzichteten wir an diesem Abend darauf.
