「We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.」

「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」

「This hotel should be disenfranchised. We arrived on a Friday, checked in, and went to our room. At first, it was freezing cold. Ok. We went to the beach and when we returned to our hotel later in the day, the AC was not working. It was 76 degrees. Went down to the front desk and was informed that maintenance wouldn’t be back until 8:00 am or so, the next day. Asked if we could be moved to another room and was told that all the rooms were booked. At this time, the temp in the room was at 79...
