「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

Was confused by the room thermostat and the window A/C as to what controlled what, my sister had an adjoining room and her AC worked well because she only had the thermostat on the wall. Other than that the area was great, plenty of food options and easily accessible to the highway. Would def stay here again」

「The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. I attempted calling before I booked to confirm that they were actually working but no one ever answered.
