「Quality property with easy access to the beach. Nice heated pool. Good amenities around the property. No gym though. Also, no easy way to dry wet swim gear if your unit does not have a balcony.」

「Switched to this hotel after a terrible experience at another. The room was clean, bed was comfy, amenities clean, breakfast tasty, and staff friendly. Short walk to the beach. Short walk or drive to dining and shopping. The only problem with the stay was the Salty Dolphin bar was having Karaoke night until the wee hours of the morning and no, they were not good singers... I would absolutely stay here again, just on the opposite side of the building. :)」

「We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.」

「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」

「This place was nasty dirty with bullet holes on the wall. Staff was immediately rude if you stay facing the bar area you might well park at the nearest beach to sleep peacefully. I heard arguments , yelling , fighting from the bar next door. Druggies live in one of the rooms and come across very threatening」

「Pool was full of algae, bar and grill advertised wasn't open, dont go there!」

「The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The rooms are clean and the AC works well. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.」

「No hot water in my unit. Pool was out of order. There was a stinky diaper on the 3rd floor in front of the elevator for two days. The only thing that was good was the a/c in my unit. I had to decide if I wanted good a/c or hot water. I picked the a/c due to the fact that the lobby had no a/c. Breakfast was ok but the waffle mix was horrible.」
