「We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.」

「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」

「This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After checkin I went to check the room and ended up needing to have our bedsheets changed out because of crumbs and unknown dried substances crusted on the bed. It looked like after the last people left all they did was make the bed and not change the sheets. When we were leaving for the beach, something told me to check the door. To my disbelief the door opened without a key being utilized, so anyone could have walked up and opened the door. Front...

「Mala experiencia.Lo habia agendado desde dias atras.Y cuando llegamos alli nos dijeron que teniamos que hacer una fila y esperar porque no habia habitaciones disponibles.Andabamos con niños y eran las 7 pm desde las 4 pm que llegamos y todavia teniamos que seguir esperando.Tuve que cancelar y empezar a buscar a esa hora otro hotel.Como es possible que yo la agende con antelacion y cuando llegue no haya habitaciones.」

「Dirty entrance, hallways, and rooms. Everywhere I looked there was stuff on the floors, walls and even the carpet in my room was soaked from the air conditioner. The light around the mirror in my bathroom only half worked. I woke up to a roach I. The bathroom and the phone didn’t work when I wanted to call room service. The pool was closed too. Overall just plain gross and terrible.」
