「The pool was closed when we arrived on Friday and the staff couldn’t tell me when it would open and didn’t open until we left on Sunday. When we got into the hotel room, there was no soap to wash our hands and the instructions for the WiFi were incorrect. I changed the booking to this hotel because we needed a 2 bed room with a pull out sofa. They only had 2 of those in the whole hotel (according to staff) and that’s not what we had. So we had to get a rollaway. To top it off, house keeping came...

「We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. The cleaning staff was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly and our little fur baby was comfortable as well. The Hotel is close to stores and restaurants. It is also close to the Ferry to head over to Port Aransas. Corpus Christi is close as well. We will definitely be back again soon.」

「The door was sticky, not a problem. The humidity does that. Staff was helpful, as they saw me struggling with the door. My only complaint was the walls are so thin we could hear the neighbors from both sides. For the price, not bad.」
