「The pool was very dirty and cloudy but even worse was waking up in the middle of the night to find the hugest cockroach on my 6 year old grandson’s pillow as he slept and his head was still on the pillow!!!! I have a picture of the roach that we threw in the tub! I think what made the situation worse is that when I reported it to the front desk, the very tall female could only gasp and say “oh no”…. 「They have a pool but refused to give towels for the pool on the first day. The staff on the following day was much nicer. The bathroom was nasty. Black/moldy caulking in the whole shower and any 10 year old could do a better caulking job then what they had done. The front door was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! The beds were ok. Charged $142 for a place you would expect to pay $65 for!!」
