I really enjoyed it staff was so friendly. I felt right at home. We were greeted in and out. But, the only thing I disliked was that there is no breakfast. I would of give them 5 stars.

We came in to Portland for a 1 day softball tournament. The hotel was nice and it was one of the quietest sleeps I’ve had. Literally no noise, loved it. We would stay here again. Room was nice and spacious. The shower was nice just needed a little more water pressure. Other than that , great stay!

Hotel was ok, but for fairly new property quality of construction and finishing not so great. I’d be concerned if I was property owner. We had a couple loose tiles on floor of bathroom Surprised the hotel didn’t have a breakfast. Same category and price of many hotels that include a breakfast. Front desk person said it’s because room has kitchenette. Room was good size with separate sitting area which was one thing I look for when booking. Given other options in exact location—hotel area—I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Although the highway along where the property is located was under major construction with many closures ( which ultimately was very confusing) this property was very conveniently located to the area on which I was on business. The property is very clean and new feeling. They have a great sitting patio area, but unfortunately, the fire feature was not working...would have been great for the 2 chilly nights I was staying.

Nice property, but poor experience

Great property and great location, but we were woken up on a Sunday morning by a company hired to power wash the exterior of the hotel. The hotel seemed at about 50% occupancy and the crew had been working since at least Saturday when we arrived. We were unable to open our blinds since the crew was outside our window on a bucket-lift. Then after checking out, one of the workers parked so close to my truck that I had to crawl through the passenger side to the driver’s seat to pull out. The parking lot had tons of spaces, but they either chose to block me in or chose to not move their car when spaces opened up. I stood there for a couple minutes looking at the workers giving them a chance to move, but they didn’t—they just stared to see how I was going to get out of my parking space. Unfortunate experience, but it affected my stay. I would think it would be best to schedule power washing that allows them to look inside the windows and run power generators—have them work during the week when there is less weekend hotel guests.
