「They were very nice and respectful and love the sweetness from the housekeeping, very well maintained and kept asking if we needed anything」

「We booked 3 rooms, none of them were cleaned well, the stoves didn’t work which is why we booked there, the ac in one was leaking and the carpet was wet all over, when we told the staff they just said other people had told them the same thing and they didn’t really seem to care. Roaches were very present and we could see a couple at any point in time.」

「I really enjoyed my visit to the Lighthouse Inn. This was my second time to go and cannot wait to go again. Rockport Beach Park is extremely nice. The water is clean and the beach well kept.」

「They are renovating the property, so I give grace for maintenance. It’s a boutique hotel which I love supporting, so get ready for the quirks that come with that. The location is wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I found that most of the folks staying there were families and older couples. Great stay.」

「When it was time for bed and the comforter was removed, there was fresh sh*t smears on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund but said they don't provide those. When I asked for another room, he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for the premium room that was the only available that evening. SERIOUSLY?? Get your act together.」
