「We stayed April 17th and 18th. NO breakfast like advertised! NO washcloths in our room and rusty bathtub in room 114! Pool dirty」

「We thought we would have at least a queen bed, and it was a full instead very hard for two adults to sleep on, very dirty and uncomfortable, also check out time is at 11 am and ladies were knocking on our door at 845 am, Windows were left open to anyone to climb in the building and very dirty area」

「We stay here every time we come to Rockport. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast,,, kinda typical hotel fake eggs, undercooked sausage and such. Not bad, just quite average. Only one elevator was working, so coming and going was slowed up a bit. Still our favorite place. Hope they fix the elevator and spruce up the breakfast next time.」

「Staff very nice and check in was good. Property needs to be updated, ice machines did not work anywhere on property, bar advertised was never opened because of issues. Only one cart to move luggage in was in working condition. There is a convenience store in walking distance.」

「Checked in the evening. The desk person was awesome. I enjoyed talking with her. The hotel was full. She did let us know that the door to our room required some muscle to open and close. 「It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. 」

「The hotel next door is under major renovation Although closed, you drive through that lot to get to this hotel. Afternoon front desk person was very friendly. Parking is not included in the room price. Small issues such as pancake machine at breakfast out of order and no toilet paper in the mens restroom in the lobby. Biggest issue was the room.
