「The front desk staff went above and beyond! It was her last day and she still had the best customer service and kindness!」

「The water coming out of lavatory faucet was a trickle. I called management and the man said “is the pressure low?” I said “yes, there’s not enough water to wash hands. Is that normal?” He said “yes”. End of story. We had to use the tub faucet to wash up. Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most...

「Absolutely incredible staff and great experience, my only concern was that almost every outlet wouldn't hold a charging cord. They constantly fell off. The hair dryer in our room was broken as was the shampoo container in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fun experience.」

「Booked months ahead of time and requested a room on the first floor. When I checked in they had none available and I was put on the 3rd floor. They had no idea I was a Hilton member and when they confirmed that I was they didn't give me the welcome gift. Also the pool was being repaired so we could not use it. Staff was friendly at check in but not efficient. Room was very clean and had great AC. Good place to stay with a great location. Maybe staff was just off that day.」

「This my second experience staying at this property. I went back because I was pleased with the first time. Is clean, feels safe checking is easy and stuff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was fresh, organized, and cleaned. Although the lady in charge wasn't very friendly. She kept it clean and organized. 」

「Rooms: are nicely decorated and comfortable. Amazing designed and organized. Everything you could need for a family getaway . Staff: Great communication came during some bad weather and they kept us informed of the conditions and the room status. Pet friendly indeed: My little guy got to enjoy his vacation as well and enjoyed the views . This was the perfect Fathers Day get away . Perfect location to all the restaurants. We cannot wait to come back for another Fishing Trip and vacation.」
