格雷戈里出租度假屋

「The photos of this property are very deceiving! It is old and run down. The pool surface was all flaked off so you cut your feet on the bottom. The buildings are all corroded. We had to move units because the first one was just flat unacceptable for over $600 a night! The unit we were stuck with was clean but it’s very outdated and worn. The ceilings were popcorn style and full of dirt around air vents, the walls were cracked and separated at most corners. No ice maker, No Kcup coffee pot...

「Everything was great. Pool was very clean but not heated so it was cold for this time of year.. Condo had everything that you could need. All the dishes, utensils, laundry stuff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.」

「This condo was better than I expected. Very clean and spacious. The rooms and restrooms where very big. Will return again.」

「Easy access to the beach, and lots of good restaurants. Close to the main drag to if you needed anything it was close. Parking at your front door and in a peaceful neighborhood. We will be returning.」

「Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams」

「The Place is so quiet and peaceful condo was clean other people staying next to use where friendly definitely going back .」

「Me encanta」

「The only bad experience was the first day unloading our vehicles and someone stole our fishing pole and tackled box」

「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing because we encountered multiple bugs inside the property. When we brought it to the host’s attention, we were told that they were water bugs commonly found in coastal areas and tropical plants, and that they cannot be completely eliminated. I understand that pests can be more common in coastal and tropical environments, but that does not make it acceptable to have them inside a property that guests are paying to stay in. We expected the property to be...

「time spent on the beach was minimal because the stairs & lengthy path to the beach took away too much of our time and energy. too old to enjoy this trip, the apartment was perfect and thoughtfully prepared」

「Location, pool, beach and complex was great. Part of the apartment was ok and part was very dated, specifically master bedroom and bathroom. Lots of stuff in every closet, no space for clothes. Mattress and towels were extra dad, seriously, I would bring my own towels. Smells bad. Not very clean. Kitchen was clean and good equipped, except coffee machines.」
