I was very impressed with this hotel. I was excited about having the kitchen area in our room. The fridge was a great size as well. There was plenty of space to just relax. I appreciated having 2 beds and a sofa bed. Everyone had a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in and staff were fine and friendly. No issues. The low score comes from the property appearance and the condition of the room. I do not blame staff. These are long-term issues that could only come from poor management and a lack of investment in the property from corporate leadership. The entire property is in need of major refurbishment. My room had a severe german roach infestation in the bathroom and large cracks they would come in and out of when the lights were on or off. Stains on all fabric in sight, room smelled of mildew, the room entrance door was hung improperly and you could actually see the hallway through the door hinges even when the door was closed and locked. The peep hole was so large you could easily so through it on both sides. Combined it was a concerning safety concerns. Sheets were worn and thin, outdated stained furniture. To be clear, we did not notify staff of the issues and give them a chance to remedy the situation. We used extreme measures to protect ourselves and stayed out of the room as much as possible during our stay.

We booked a 4 night stay here. The AC in our room was making clicking sounds all night so we asked to move to a buffet room. Let me tell you, Hashar was the manager at the time and he was the manager for a reason! He was very polite, professional and accommodating. He got a new room and it was great. Thank you for your excellent service. Your staff was also friendly too. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great place for the night

The staff was great , very friendly and helpful. I liked the laundry room, the machines were clean and worked good. I stayed on the third floor and the two things I have to complain about was the smell in the room and the water pressure .
