We arrived nearly two hours after check-in time, and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait another 30 minutes, which was disappointing since we were not early. After settling in, the lights went out about an hour later, and the room phone didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk. The only solution was switching rooms, with no compensation for the delay or inconvenience. Disappointing for a brand-new hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place with a complimentary drink bar and good breakfast options. I’d consider giving it another try.

The maids missed leaving us replacement towels, picking up lots of trash, moping the floor (it was sticky), and cleaning out the sink. Because of that, our room smelled like rotten milk for two days. There’s no coffee in the room. No coffee maker. No nothing. It’s all downstairs. I checked and this is by design. WHAT THE HECK!! The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night The property is brand new. The pool is nice. The mattresses and pillows are nice. Would not stay there again

The hotel was very clean but they didn’t have enough staff and the fire alarms were going off in the middle of the night and no security. People were screaming in the pool at 2:30 in the morning when the pool was closed at 10 pm and phones were not working in the rooms

Let’s start with the good: The location is perfect, close to everything we planned to do: the beach, the aquarium, the Selena Museum, restaurants, and more. The room and bathroom were clean, and the gym and laundry room were a great size, which helped a lot since we have little ones. There’s also a game room area where the kids could play while we relaxed with our tea. I really appreciated the complimentary filtered water station; it made it easy to fill our bottles before heading out for the day. The staff was respectful and helpful, and our room service lady was incredibly friendly. Overall, the hotel still feels new and well-maintained. Now for the not‑so‑great: The breakfast bar is on the smaller side, still decent, just limited. And the water pressure in the room was pretty low. Even with those minor issues, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great other than the customer service. Our first room had a dead breaker for the fridge and microwave. I let the lady running the front know about it and she said she would let maintenance know about it. Wake up to leave for the day and speak to the gentlemen who is on shift, he informs me maintenance wouldn’t be back for a few days and the lady should’ve known that and moved our room. He went ahead and changed our room and apologized profusely since we had already settled into the room. Next problem was the juice machine was left neglected, overflowing drip tray, empty orange juice, empty apple juice, etc. Breakfast was lacking, many people turned right back around to their rooms due to the lacking ability to refill sausage and potatoes.

Yes the gym was well equipped although I didn't use it. I did a lot of walking around the building and using the stairs to exercise. The AC was great loved it all

Very nice property wasn't far from the ocean about 7minutes. Also centrally located by restaurants of choice. We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, great complimentary breakfast and loved the coffee in the am and pm.

We had a nice stay and it was comfortable. I also really like the fact it was so quiet around the hotel not a lot of hustle and bustle. Had an issue at check in due to the pet fee being added so then the computer showed I hadn’t prepaid which I had, it was pretty irritating after driving 6 hours. Luckily it got worked out. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There was a weird smell in the room kind of smelled like cigars and there was a lot of long dark hair around the room and bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. I would stay again

So clean! Love that there is no carpet in the rooms. The toilet is away from the shower so you do not have to accidentally brush against it (like how it is in a lot of other hotels) when trying to get in the shower. The shower is a bigger sized stand up shower- no icky shower curtain! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean workout area and clean laundry area.

I reserved a king room with a sofa bed for my family for a weekend fishing trip. When I arrived we were given just a king room with no sofa bed, went to take a shower & the drain was clogged it was about to flood the bathroom. When I brought these issues to the front desk they didn’t seem to be at all concerned, all I got was attitude like I was bothering them. They switched me to an out of order room which was a double room, the only thing that was supposed to be wrong was the shower door was off track. Well the plugs didn’t work so the fridge not the microwave worked. Room service was terrible, they only gave new toiletries. They didn’t even replace towels, had to go ask for towels.
