best budget hotel

This hotel is better than the bigger brand properties in my opinion. staff is great and the towels are new and fluffy. Not paper-thin as you find at times at a 2 star hotel.

Last minute reservations. The room was ok it is a little out dated and the sleeper sofa was broke and had no sheets. Other then that it was a nice a quite stay. Definitely would stay again for the weekend.

Front desk clerk was super sweet and accommodating and allowed me to check in early due to it being slow because beginning of the week the manager was understanding and helpful. They have a light breakfast which wasn’t bad and easy to get around gas station next door amazing as well and the chicken is better than a lot of restaurants! I was able to check in quick and not bothered at all. The only thing is the room was not clean and worn down but it’s the least of my concerns at that moment. Thank y'all

The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good..has cheese omelettes, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, sm boxes of cereal, muffins and yogurt and bottled orange and apple juice. The rooms need some updating though. The staircase is dirty looking. The staff were nice!

Property very nice and well maintained. Loved the simple breakfast in the morning. Only downfall is the deposit so make sure u bring it in cash cuz if not u wont get it back for 3-5 days.

The room was a nice size. I liked the mini fridge. Breakfast was good. It is not a new hotel, but a great value. Definitely could use a blanket in the room. I would stay here again. Also, they actually clean the room daily.

Great Place!

Late night decision to stay here but it was a good choice. Night manager may scare some folks with her appearance but its the times. Day manager was great and explained the holds for deposits clearly. Excellent eggs for breakfast.

Really impressed with this hotel. Came in for wedding and fishing weekend. Super fast and friendly check in. Rooms were clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent. Way better than the muffins and waffles of most continental breakfasts. Eggs, bacon sausage, juices, coffee and cereals. Highly recommend!

For the amount that they charge per day, I would say it’s a little excessive whenour room had a roach in the sink, the sleeper sofa that we had in our room, looked old and outdated, and and was super stained and dirty, but I will say the staff was super nice and helpful

Decent Accommodations

The hotel was efficient for what our travel arrangements required. it was 15 min from the ferry to Port A . there was plenty of grocery, food, fuel, and retail stores nearby . the staff was very friendly . the breakfast offered had good variety and flavor . me and my family were overall pleased . I will say that room had a wet smell to it . 1 of the lamps didn't work and the restroom vent didn't not work which probably causes the smell .

Aransas Pass Visit

I like the staff alot at this hotel, but it drives me crazy they bang on the door at 0830am to clean the room. I had no privacy tag. Room was fine but I requested a 1st floor room because of bad knees. They told me no long rooms on 1st floor, and there was a few to adjust reservations. They did put me right by stairs so that helped some. I like the location of this this Oyo and will stay here whenever I am in town.
