「I have stayed at the Mayfair 3 times. It’s top notch!!」

「I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. 「I like the fact that I was closer than I expected to Bourbon St. There were restaurants all around me even on the 1st floor of the apartment bldg. We were also in a corner condo with lots of windows and a view all around the city.」

「very comfortable and clean apartment. excellent location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. i would stay here again, but some notes: the walls and ceilings are very thin. i did not notice this until other guests arrived towards the end of my stay. i could hear the toilet flushing because the pipes were exposed in the bedroom of my apartment. i did wish that the bedroom had a window, but overall, the quality and cleanliness of the apartment was most important.」

「I was confused by the decor. The furniture was old and things were broken. I was wondering if someone actually lived there and was renting the place out.」

「I don't like that on the website to book the room it says housekeeping but I was told once I was in the room that for housekeeping to come to my room it would be 150.00 and I feel that's wrong and false advertisement, I was under the impression that housekeeping would come to the room everyday and since that's not the case that should be something that should be in the description so your guess won't be confused like I was」

「Travel here for my birthday Aug 20th through the 24th 2026, I loved everything about the property check in was a breeze keyless entry. the cleanliness of the entire building on the inside, it was huge 1 bed 1/12 baths washer & dryer full kitchen It was the bomb!!!! the property location was near literally everything walking distance. I would definitely stay here when I come back for sure」
