Lobby & hallway smells like a meat market. The apt is clean, but right outside the apartment’s window are 25 ac units that are so noisy that you can’t hear the tv in the apartment. 2 stars definitely need an upgrade.

We loved our stay! One thing to note is they start you off with some basics such as tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc. but don’t guarantee any more. We were VERY appreciative they brought us some more tp when it was needed. Very clean & great security. Would definitely stay again.

I must say this was okay, but had its moments. 1st, there was a horrible smell in the halls and elevator. Literally made me sick to my stomach. Secondly, the bathroom shower had no light and was too close to the door, plus no soap holder if you need to place your soap down. Also, the dryer took several cycles to actually dry and we noticed the condensation on the door and it was welting. The Dryer was also dirty with lose hair around the seal. We also didn’t receive enough towels for everyone. And the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable where you could feel the springs.

During my stay here there were quite some unsettling factors. There was mold in the shower, there were spider webs on the ceiling and dirt surrounding the perimeter of the shower. Aside from that the actual property smelled horrible. We explained this to the security and they told us because the garbage is located right under the elevator however I feel like something else could have been done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Having visited New Orleans three times, I must say my stay at this hotel was the one where I felt the least safe. While the hotel does employ security guards seated near the entrance desk, their presence felt largely ineffective. They often seemed unaware of what was happening just beyond the glass doors. The main entrance was frequently occupied by sketchy individuals, making the walk back from Bourbon Street—especially late at night—feel very unsettling. The building itself is in desperate need of a major renovation and general TLC (Tender Loving Care). Staying days before Halloween only highlighted the decay; the elevators, in particular, looked like they belonged on a horror movie set. Furthermore, the lobby had a persistent and unpleasant stench—I couldn't tell if it was from a sewage issue or something else, but it was off-putting. On a positive note, the experience completely shifted once I reached my floor. The hallways were clean and well-maintained. The room itself was quite decent. While not the most modern, it was clean and comfortable, and I genuinely enjoyed my room and the quiet atmosphere on the floor. In summary: The private accommodations were good, but the significant issues with safety and the lack of maintenance in public areas greatly detracted from the overall experience.

There are so many things wrong with the building. Elevators were broken when we arrived. Had to walk up 15 flights of stairs that smelled terrible. Then a day into our stay the whole building smelled like sewage/trash. We had to hold our nose when going to our room. The smell made me nauseated. Then the smell started to come into our room. We ended up using towels under the front door to keep the smell out. You should not list any apartment in the building because the building is a nightmare.

The communication around parking was lacking. They said there was a parking deck that the place had access to from the second floor. When you first arrive there are zero signs of where to access the actual building. The setup of the room was awful. There was no place to unpack and store underwear and socks. The rooms were bare furniture wise. There was no where to put any shower items unless you just laid them in the floor. Simple night stand with drawers or a shower caddy would have helped tremendously.

Good location, great security, the concierge Mark was very helpful. Good facilities in room and bathroom. Not so good was the bed - it was awful. Only one easy chair although apartment was for 2 guests. Parking in recommended garage was a nightmare, ended up with a $78 parking fine, the parking opposite is much better - clean, well lit, security and a lift and is $15 cheaper as well.

Struttura in ottima posizione, ambienti grandi, wifi eccellente, due tv con possibilità di usare i propri account Netflix, YouTube etc... Per ogni richiesta è possibile contattare il personale di hosteeva tramite l'App di expedia, rispondono immediatamente. La pulizia giornaliera non era prevista.
