「This hotel is relatively new and features a great staff along with full amenities. My room was very clean and included a small kitchen. The breakfast offered was ample and generous. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel. While my room had a spacious shower, I would have preferred a bathtub as well. Parking was convenient and free. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Grand Prairie.」

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

「The location was great for shopping and food . The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The decor for current soccer event was fun! 「Pretty much the same as described on the website, very comfortable, and the service at the front desk is excellent! Highly recommended.」

「I liked the property but the parking situation is a complete nightmare. I had to drive around and fight for a spot every time I wanted to go somewhere (this was even parking some distance away; I wasn’t trying to get a close spot, just to park anywhere). Total circus and meanwhile there’s underground parking for a valet fee. Don’t tout “free parking” when it really isn’t or open up that other parking area. I was beyond frustrated.」
