「I thought everything was great especially the staff.」

「Shuttle was good but an extremely long wait. Hotel staff were great and very friendly. Room was clean and the cleaning staff were helpful. The bar/restaurant was fantastic for breakfast but dinner was terrible. Food was ok but the server we had was awful. Couldn't remember anything ordered and never cleaned any of the tables. We, like other people just pushed previous dirty items over to be able to sit and it was left even when we finally got our own food.」

「The air conditioner is so noisy. I changed the room 3 times, each of them has problems, hair dryer is broken, one of the bed is sinking, desktop is not working…. So tired to stay with this hotel」
