"We loved the bar at the hotel, the guy serving there was super nice"

"We stayed in "the parlor", a spacious room which has all wood walls and it was disturbing how visibly dirty it all was. Even with no overhead lighting, (which gave us an overall dark room) you could not avoid the dust and dirt. A tall ladder, a can of pledge and a vacuum is definitely needed."

"The first room given to us was not clean enough to stay in. The following room we were given was better. The air-conditioning was off when we arrived so the room was 82 when we turned it on. Took all night to get to 70. The room was mostly clean minus the dead Roach in the bathroom on the floor next to the trash can. The beds were made and fairly comfortable. The hallway on 6th floor had a musty smell maybe due to AC in the rooms being off but unknown."

"We were a bit apprehensive after seeing the email advising js how to access parking and the room, however we really shouldn't have been. If you follow these instructions exactly you will have no issues whatsoever. Now to thre room..omg stunning. We had a king room with the most amazing views. Room was immaculate and had everything you need for a few nights in the city. Everything was withing walking distance - bars , restaurants and museums. Theres a great donut shop 10 minute walk down Elm Street, definitely pop in there. Within the hotel there's a lobby area where you can go and get any help you might need or ice. We were lucky enough to meet Al in there and had a great conversation about the world cup. Would definitely book here again if ever back in Dallas."
