「Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. One of the most concerning experiences occurred when I requested a fresh set of towels from a housekeeping employee. Rather than assisting me, she rudely directed me to the front desk. Before I even arrived there, she radioed the front desk about our interaction. When I reached the desk, I was informed that there were no clean towels available because they were still being laundered—even though it was approximately 11:30 a.m. and...

「Buena ubicación, Pero por otro lado se sentía mucho polvo y ácaros en la habitación, el desayuno básico ok, pero no había con quien comunicarse en el caso de rellenar alimentos, el último día el baño estaba sucio al parecer lo habían usado y lo dejaron sucio y mal oliente, en el check-out no había nadie en recepción se tuvo que dejar sobre el escritorio las llaves」

「Breakfast was the same every day with no variation in menu or selections. Children running up and down the hallways at night. Bed not comfortable. AC was either too warm and humid in room or too cold despite adjustments. Shower was a trickle not sufficient to wash hair or body. Door to small bathroom opened weird so you had to fully close the door to use the toilet or sit sideways because of the door. There was no fan in the bathroom. This was our 3rd H2 Suites this summer in multiple states....
