"There was a room snafu - I got double beds instead of the reserved king - but the staff noticed the error on their own and corrected it. The A/Cs were a little confusing as they'd put controls on the wall for units that you're used to operating directly. The TV setup was nice with built-in Netflix. The shuttle to and from Globe Life was a nice perk. Excellent amenities and very clean."

"Uncertain as to why we had a 'ghost charge' of $6.50. If it was for water, I felt sure the sign in the room said two waters were free. All others were $3 I believe. Not clear. Parking $20? REally? Why? Seemed like a true cash grab. The room was terrific and no complaints there at all."

"Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast, dinner, and bar were very good (2 free drinks and free snacks at happy hour). The only downside was that I had trouble logging on to their wi-fi and had to use my phone as a hot spot the first night. I hope I do not get an extra charge in my next phone bill. The next morning I told the front desk about this, and they gave me an access code that made it work. They should offer that to all guests upon check-in."

"The staff were fantastic although they were understaffed. First room we were assigned had the broken lock and the toilet would not flush correctly. They had no staff to fix our issues so we were given another room. It was fine but the a/c couldn’t keep up with the humidity so it felt damp. The breakfast was poorly lacking in variety. If it were not for the friendly, delightful and accommodating staff we would have given it a lower rating."

"The rooms are always clean! We LOVE staying at the Hyatt Regency!!! It is perfect for a night away from home! However, I do wish the food options stayed open a little later than what they usually do. But other than that it is a PERFECT stay!"

"Checking in online was pointless. Since I filled out the forms, gave a copy of my license plus my cc info it said all id have to do is grab my room key n go. I did not work that way at all. I still spent 10 minutes filling out the same exact forms all over again. That was frustrating since we were rushing to a game. Other than that a great stay as usual. "
