「This is our go to hotel in the Huntley area. The only reason for 4 stars is that I always need a pool. Their pool is cold. Uncomfortably cold. I did ask 2 times for them to turn it up, it stayed cold. The staff is great, the room very nice, clean, The staff offered towels on the off days. The beds are memory foam. I would like a firmer mattress. The breakfast is typical for hotels. Parking is good. Area is safe. Lots of restaurants & shopping close by.」

「So let me start by saying we've stayed at this hotel in the past , this year the up keep and cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting dirty had prints around the light switches and most disgusting was a dry booger on the walk (nasty people) the room smelled stale , to top it off we got stuck in the elevator with 4 other people and is was HOT and the emergency phone to call the front was a cheap Walmart phone that didn't work!! , I was forced to call my friend who was waiting...
