「The room was very clean, the staff were all very nice and gave good recommendations for where to eat. The hotel is close to a tram stop which made getting to the city centre very easy. It was in a quieter neighborhood which was nice.」

「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe.」

「À noter qu’il n’y a aucune piscine même si le site d’Expedia l’annonce comme tel. Nous n’aurions pas choisi cet hôtel étant donné que c’était notre critère numéro 1.」

「Buona pulizia, cucina ok, aria condizionata non efficiente, forse perché i giorni del soggiorno erano stati molto caldi. Luogo tranquillo, trasporto, bar, ristoranti e supermercatio vicini.」

「Buena ubicación, habitación amplia, limpia」

「It’s disorientating to not see a real representative.」

「Região tranquila, segura e de fácil acesso ao trem. Café da manhã atende as necessidades.」

「Exellent clean and neat property. Also, high responsible host.」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」
