"Clean but a bit outdated. The housekeeping staff is incredible!! The Luau was fantastic! The common areas of the property were clean and maintained. Our room was pretty outdated and mediocre. I wish there was a bit more lighting or lighting on the balconies at the least. Another big downer is the lack of coffee. I wish they offered free coffee or a coffee bar similar to most hotels. The coffee in the room is not very great but it is what it is. Overall a good place to stay! The lagoon is very beautiful and fun. It did suck a bit when the surf was high and we couldn’t use it for most of our stay but we can’t tell nature what to do! I’m glad the staff valued safety!"
