「Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. 」

「Best staff friendliness of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Every single employee feels like they're totally bought into the customer's experience. The food at Kensington's / Ascot's was some of the very best of the area. Hotel and amenities all extremely clean. Only cons are that many of the older doors in the rooms don't close flush and need rehanging, the ac power pass-throughs under the lamps are very flimsy and one of them didn't even work during my previous stay, and the showers while...
