Was a great place to unwind and relax in the spa , the juice bar was a nice touch. Not a great place to go for a husband and wife as the only co-ed amenity was the heated pool between the mens and womans locker rooms. Would be an amazing girls/guys trip so you would be able to enjoy the sauna, hot tub and steam rooms together. Otherwise it was a clean beautiful spa!

The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, from helping us dust off our snow covered car to bringing us coffee in the morning when we couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee machine in the room.

Room and facilities are up to date and spotless staff was wonderful. The in house restaurant was very good and the spa and all the facilities and amenities attached were above par My only complaint was that the pool is on the small side and can get crowded and the hydro massage chairs (planet fitness style) usage entails an additional fee of $40 per twenty minutes Other wife we were very satisfied and would recommend a visit

The spa was relaxing with very courteous staff. My room was ready early for me to check-in and allowed me to get settled. Front desk staff awas also very friendly. Shuttle was readily avaliable and had a very courteous driver. Food at the bar was very good. Staff also very friendly and accommodating.

The spa was wonderful! My friend and I had facials massages and foot massages and they were perfect! The people working at the Norwich Inn are so friendly and helpful. The best part is that you can hang out in your robe and enjoy the spa facilities all day! We absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave … we already booked a return trip for June!
