The photos make the hotel appear far nicer than it actually is. It seems to be in the middle of upgrades and renovations, which may explain some of the issues. The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond.
