"The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next door. The room on the other side - the dog kept barking. My room was facing the reception area and they turned on really bright lights outside that the Levelor blinds couldn't keep out. Then there was the pillows. There were five of them and they were so overstuffed - all of them - that my head was at such a bad angle that my neck hurt in the morning. Due to all of this I only got about 4 hours sleep."
