"1- The staff was friendly and helpful; 2- Breakfast was good; 3- The bed was comfortable except for the pillows; 4- The bathroom was clean except for some hair found in the tub; 5- The room was comfortable enough, however, the rugs need a good cleaning and the hallways too; Taking everything into consideration, we had a great 2 night stay visiting downtown Mystic, the Aquarium, the Seaport, and Olde Mistick Village with our daughter and granddaughter."

"The hotel was visually beautiful except the elevator carpets needed to be vacuumed or cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean. I loved the shower. The only complaint was the coffee wasn't to good. I would reconsider the type of coffee you use. Other than that we will use this hotel when we stay in tge area. Thank you ."

"The breakfast was better than expected as they offered some warm eggs and sausage along with the continental breakfast items ( I.e., bagels, cereals, etc.) Closeness to downtown Mystic and local attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Pillows were a little too soft!"

"This is a pretty basic HoJo. Not fancy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine. The location was wonderful! Right across from Mystic Village, Mystic Aquarium, surrounded by restaurants, and close to downtown Mystic/Mystic Seaport attractions. The only negative I'd say was the pressure we felt from housekeeping to be out of our room when it wasn't even 11am yet. It was 10:55 and my son had forgotten his hoodie in our room (I had intended to go back in for a final room check as I always do) and the key cards had already been disabled. Had to go to the front desk to get one reactivated. Housekeeping was waiting impatiently as I gathered up the forgotten hoodie. Anyway, not a huge deal, just left me a little irritated. Overall, we'd stay here again."
