The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were near an entry door that banged shut constantly but we required a short distance to the car because of mobility issues. Parking was close and plentiful. Breakfast was definitely lacking but it didn’t affect us too much. I would definitely stay again.

Everything about the hotel was acceptable. Our room is on the first floor and near an entrance, making it very noisy. Next time we stay, we will ask for a different room.

A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options.

This is our go to place when we visit UConn. Very convenient; about 5 minutes from campus. Continental breakfast of cereal, bakery items, fruit, and coffee.

We drove for 6 to 7 hours to get to Storrs and there was no one to check us in when we got there. I totally understand that the check in desk staff needs to step away sometimes, but it seemed like we were waiting quite a while. I did like the grab and go muffin/danish/cereal bar.

There was a hair tie, sock, and some pamphlet under one of the bed's headboard. The hallway smell of some cleaner was overwhelming. The pool was tiny and so was the jacuzzi. There was no orange juice for breakfast. There was pnly some fruit, yogurt, cereal, packaged mini muffins, and coffee for breakfast. For almost $200/night, it was way overpriced. I will be finding some other place to stay the next time I am in that area.
