「We were on the ground floor. The carpet was very worn and damp with no underlay underneath and had 4 or 5 large stains. I told the front desk but they said as they were full there was nothing they could do and they didn’t get back to me or apologize. The room was quite small. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fine. The front desk area is quite small and not as nice as it looks in the photos.
