Everything was perfect

fueron Unas vacaciones espectaculares,el hotel lo recomiendo 100% su staff fue de los mejor la gente muy Amable,la comida en el buffet buena y en los restaurante de lo mejor,felicito al hotel por su mantenimiento..

The hotel is not necessarily equipped for the amount of people they host. The wait times every single night for dinner were 1hr+. Check in was super long and only have 2-3 employees up front working. Hosts for dinner were all sweet, except for a couple times where during the service (at dinner) they didn’t follow up enough. We had a sit down dinner on our last night, which we paid $70USD extra for, and only got offered drinks once the entire 2hr service. The kids water park is also pretty small, our family did not fit comfortably with all the other families there. All in all not terrible, great access to the beach/activities, family friendly atmosphere, I would just look into something different for next time.

Good location less than 15 minutes from the airport. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times although the hotel is a little on the short staffed side. Great place for a family vacation. Look for something else if you are looking for quiet and relaxing.
