"Fantastic hotel with a great vibe. We. Loved. It. Positives: Close to the main shopping and restaurant scene but at the same time far enough away from the crowds. Super comfortable beds. Very nice hot tub and pool on the top floor which was welcomed after day of hiking. Hotel restaurant is excellent. Staff is awesome. Tip: Book a top floor room. It's worth every penny and you won't regret it. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!!"

"The room was very clean. It was a very nice modern sleek design. They cleaned the room halfway through which is really nice and the staff were incredibly helpful and incredibly polite. Whenever we needed anything, they were immediately there to your becking call with the friendliest face and attitude. However, there was no safe in the hotel room which I would have liked."

"Loved this property! The entire property was immaculate, staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the location, being far enough away from the main area of Banff town to not deal with the traffic and people, but close enough to walk or hop on the bus right across street.
