Great location. Hot tubs were so relaxing after a day of skiing. Steam room and sauna were great as well. The staff were so friendly and ensured you had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The room was quiet and clean. The bathrobes provided to visit the hot tub were an added bonus. Definitely going to make this hotel a priority for our next stay in Banff.

The room was spotless and had thoughtful amenities (e.g. wine glasses and wine opener, real coffee mugs instead of paper cups). The staff were friendly, the view beautiful and breakfast delicious. I especially enjoyed the fruit salad with fresh berries in January.
