"Everything was wonderful. The suite we had required we climb 21 steps which we were not aware of. Our suitcases needed to be lifted up to our room which was a challenge for us. No elevator or busboy service is available. The staff and property are wonderful."

"We had a room close to the spa pools, steam room and sauna facilities which was great for us. The breakfast selections were great and although we didn't use it, the coffee shop had a good selection of drinks and snacks. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to book the gondola and the parking facilities were excellent. There are loads of restaurants nearby to choose from so you won't go hungry."

"The good - view off the deck was spectacular! Grills in back with fire starters is a nice touch. Suite was nice sized, and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The not so good - bedroom was cramped and mattress was not comfortable and squeaked. Was supposed to be a king, but was a queen. Microwave was broken, but they replaced it promptly. Gift shop is sparse - pick up whatever you need before you come."

"The rooms were very clean but a little dated and could use a refresh. The shuttle bus was extremely useful as the hotel is too far away from Banff to walk Overall the hotel was expensive for the condition of what was offered"

"We loved this hotel! It is perfectly located near Lake Louise. The rooms are extremely spacious with a full kitchen, living room, working fireplace and balcony. The property also had the most gorgeous flower landscaping!"

"This hotel is excellent! From the moment you arrive the staff are amazing. Leo the driver is so knowledgeable when taking you around town. The rooms are fab, having an open fire was luxurious and a nice surprise. Loved everything about the room and food in the main restaurant"
