"Love the location of this hotel. Front staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was slow only because i was having issues with my debit card. The staff was very patient. I booked a Jr suite. I was not expecting the room to be the size it was. It was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size and clean; however, I did see see mold on the tub edges. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was under construction and despite the construction everything went well and staff for the most part were wonderful. Our reception was pleasant and easy. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. I heard many people at breakfast say, they had a great sleep as did we! The little Canadian Girl in the restaraunt was a wealth of information about Banff. The only exception was the person seating us for breakfast. My husband had a stroke 28 years ago and now walks relatively slowly. She took her time coming over to seat folks and when she did Surly was a good term for the attitude. It was like she really didn't want to be there, couldn't care less."

"Nothing out of ordinary. We did have to request new sheets as we discovered blood stains on the sheets and mattress protector. It was promptly corrected."

"Bow View is in a good location to explore Banff without a car. It’s a few minutes walk from the roam bus stop, grocery store and away from the busy main street. The building is a bit outdated but clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and responsive, I emailed to arrange late arrival. The pool and restaurants are in the BPL next door which we didn’t use. There are plenty dining options in town. You will also hear the train passing by early mornings and night but I think it’s part of the Banff charm."
