Property has a beautiful view from the hot tub. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Appreciated the bus pass for Banff transit to get to and from. I have stayed here many times and always enjoy the stay. Love the wood fire place in the rooms.

Hot tub alone is worth the visit. Rooms a little dated but clean and spacious with a wood burning fireplace. Next time I stay I might request and upper room because the skiers were making quite a bit of noise above use when getting ready early in the morning. Had a couple of deer come right to out balconey the second morning.
