"Good location beautiful lobby and nice design. However bathroom was very cold and towel warmer didn’t seem to work. There was a toothbrush head in my bathroom bin so cleaning wasn’t quite perfect. Not the warmest welcome on desk and no sign of WiFi code anywhere in room nor given it at the desk. "

"Nothing wrong with the accommodation, it was fine and a nice location, but the food in the restaurant was a shocker, and when asked by a staff member how the food was, both my daughter and i advised it was tepid and poor, to which she replied sorry and took our plates away. Eat out if you stay here would be my advice."

"Great location next to the train station. It was a little difficult to order a food delivery to the lobby area as the hotel is accessed via a pedestrian arcade walkway. Beautiful hotel, it felt luxurious to me! "
