"This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. "The unit was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The property was nice and in a good location. I got a message that the cleaning crew was running behind and check in will be delayed beyond 4PM so I went to a friends place a half mile away to visit. When I checked in at 5:30, the trash, which had food scraps in it, had not been emptied. These are minor details, however when brought to the hosts attention, their assumption was that I had arrived in town at 5:30. In reality, I had checked out of...
