「Clean but very basic」

「The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast was well stocked, and we appreciated having a coffee/tea bar in the lobby with access to flavorful infused water. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the building without an elevator, but help with our luggage was provided! We would definitely stay here again.」

「Front desk was pleasant, they immediately asked if we wanted extra towels for the pool etc and provided those to us. There's a communal microwave in the office area for people to use during their stay, but we did not use it. The pool is covered and enclosed by a glass atrium/garden style cover which is nice for enjoying natural light without the wind the coast often brings with it. It ended up being a hot weekend in Brookings so we spent most of our time adventuring the beaches and town and...

「Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.」
