You can't talk to the hotel staff in person; there's a virtual front desk with a person on the screen, which is of little help if you need, for example, some hot water. Virtual hospitality didn't feel very hospitable.
Also, it is advertised as free breakfast, but breakfast options only include a couple of snacks, such as a muffin and a granola bar, which, in my opinion, should not be advertised as "breakfast on the go."
