This hotel stole almost 400 dollars from us! We had a TERRIBLE experience with this hotel, staff, and manager. We are still struggling with a financial issue over a month after our stay. We were supposed to stay two nights back in June. I called about three days before to confirm that they would have a late/after hours check-in available for us. They said yes. I called the day of to triple check and we were told once again that someone would be there at midnight when we were due to arrive. Sure enough, when we arrived, no one was there. We had to get a more expensive hotel. When we went to the Quality Inn the next day, the manager told us that both nights would be comped. However, they still accidentally charged a no-show fee of almost 200 dollars. I had to call almost a dozen times over a month before someone finally told us the fee would be refunded. After two more weeks, it still was not refunded. I had to call several more times before FINALLY getting to talk to the manager who said he would refund it. Instead of refunding it, he charged the exact same fee AGAIN. This hotel owes us almost 400 dollars! We had to finally just dispute the claims on our credit card, and it's been a nightmare. So unprofessional and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
